The role

As an Account Manager you will be the key point of contact for Ferryhopper's ferry partners, ensuring their success and long-term growth on our platform. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, as well as strengthening existing relationships. Your goal is to ensure partners fully leverage Ferryhopper's booking capabilities while fostering collaboration that contributes to the company's overall growth.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with ferry partners at all levels, fostering open communication and collaboration
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth collaboration and operational efficiency for new and existing partners
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that partners' challenges are addressed promptly and solutions are delivered efficiently, based on partner needs and market trends
  • Proactively identify and research potential new partners within the ferry industry, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements
  • Analyze partner performance data and share insights to help partners grow their business
Requirements
  • 2-3 years in Account Management or Partner Success roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the Travel & Ferry Industry ecosystem is a plus
  • Ability to travel, meet partners, and attend industry events
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in collaborative settings and takes ownership of outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Collaborative and passionate team player
