Overview

Account Manager / Funzionario Vendita Urbana role at ANTICIMEX ITALIA - The Modern Pest Control Company. The selected candidate will manage a consolidated client portfolio with the task of managing relationships with existing clients and developing the portfolio through acquisition of new clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, interfacing with them to: complete the preparatory forms for contract drafting, directly prepare offers, and ensure data entry in the company CRM.
  • Proactively search for new clients in the applicable territory through: on-site visits, online channels (e.g., LinkedIn), referrals from other clients, and remote contacts (phone or email).
  • Handle service issues, assess new needs, increase the scope of services offered, renew existing contracts in accordance with commercial policies, and ensure proper payment for services in collaboration with the local collections office.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has significant experience of at least 3-5 years in sales roles, preferably in services or technical products with a strong component, with a predisposition for finding new clientele and field-based client contact.

Residence ideal: Urbana and surrounding areas and Verona province (east), Vicenza (south), Padua (south-west).
