We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll manage a dedicated portfolio of mid- to large-corporate customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will be responsible for understanding their business needs, strengthening long-term relationships, and providing strategic support on their event-related requests in collaboration with our Operations team. Your goal will be to ensure an outstanding client experience, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of our corporate accounts.
Thanks to your deep knowledge of the event world you will be the best consultant for our customers being able to plan together with them their yearly event calendar, guarantee quality and effectiveness using our innovative platform.
This is a hybrid role : the reference office is in Milan, but we would love to see your face around our office corridor as often as possible 😉
Be an Expert on managing your own customer portfolio in order to expand Kampaay customers spending. And so :
