We are looking for a passionate and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT solutions, preferably in the e-commerce sector. The AE will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. We are seeking a highly proactive and driven person who can effectively manage the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
  • Manage the entire sales process, including business meetings, proposal presentations, negotiations, and post-sales follow-up
  • Build and sustain solid relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact and promoting up-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with the customer success and customer care teams to ensure the effective implementation of solutions and resolve any issues
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Keep CRM information consistently updated
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in selling IT solutions, preferably in SaaS companies
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong aptitude for interpersonal relationships
  • Proficiency in English (ability to work with international clients)
  • Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to independently achieve sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the IT solutions sales cycle
  • Knowledge of leading CRM software for sales management (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Availability for business travel to attend events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities

  • Flexibility: Option to work in “Smart Working” with reference offices in San Casciano Val di Pesa (Florence) or Malnate (Varese), with a 3 days remote + 2 days in-office formula, or full remote (Italy)
