Legal

• Handling litigations in consumer courts, Civil courts, Criminal Courts etc.
• Holding conferences with the advocates to brief the case story with supporting documents
• Arrangement for sending notices on behalf of the company
• Ensuring timely reply to notices served on the company
• Ensuring document validation for sites and other operational legal requirements
• Arrangement of Store registrations across the circles
• Maintaining NMS/CMS
• Timely reporting to Center and Coordinating for different litigations
• Extending support to business teams for submission of Tender Documents
• Ensuring validation and timely payment of Advocate Bills

Regulatory

• Facilitation in the implementation of RoW Rules and permission.
• Maintaining due coordination and representing the company before TERM Cells, TRAI etc.
• SPOC for different regular audits & Inspections and all adhoc requirement from external bodies.
• Supporting business to acquire sites and resolving issues through external bodies.
• Complying the Govt. requirements and policies as laid down by the Govt. of India
• Arrangement of all necessary approvals for supporting business.
• USOF management and subsidies recovery
• Due coordination and prompt action during frequent disaster
• Compliance to Roll Out Obligations, EMR testing, Workshop, Re-verification, QOS audit etc.
• Coordinating with Center Team for different reporting and compliance issues.
• Diligent data handling for Govt. reporting especially for parliament questions etc.
• Addressing inter-operator issues and industry issues though COAI.
