Responsibilities
  • Identify and diagnose funnel drop-offs across acquisition, activation and retention to find high-impact growth opportunities.
  • Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, pilots) to validate hypotheses and scale successful initiatives.
  • Own and track core growth metrics such as activation rate, conversion %, retention, repeat usage and churn.
  • Analyse data deeply using cohorts, segmentation and user behaviour insights to drive actionable recommendations.
  • Work on designing targeted user journeys based on cohorts, segments and behavioural triggers.
  • Drive user communication across email, push, WhatsApp and RCS to improve activation, retention and re-engagement.
  • Optimise onboarding flows, product journeys, in-app nudges and landing pages to reduce friction and improve conversions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Operations to execute growth initiatives end-to-end.
  • Support performance marketing with funnel insights, creative recommendations and landing page optimisation to improve ROI.
  • Present experiment results, insights and growth plans to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and data-backed reasoning.
Requirements
