In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day revenue planning and execution, working closely with various teams to formulate growth strategies and drive new initiatives. You’ll oversee key sales operations, including digital and brand marketing, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue outcomes while acquiring new customers and driving business growth

  • Person will be responsible for managing day to day revenue planning & execution for the Personal training vertical
  • Will work closely with central growth, city org, business & ops teams to formulate growth strategy & drive new initiatives
  • Identify key gaps/opportunities to maximize revenue outcomes
  • Program management of key initiatives
  • Drive timely execution of daily sales operations - e.g. store-front/sale-events management, pricing, digital
  • marketing, brand marketing, BTL/ATL activation, B2B corporate/insurance tie-ups
  • Provide customer/market insights to better build suited offerings for customers
  • Effectively use digital and offline channels to drive walk-ins, trials and new user acquisition
Skills:
  • 2 - 5 years of growth & marketing experience in ecommerce, food apps, content platforms, FMCG, start up organizations
  • Go-getters, who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
  • Love for problem solving & impact orientation
