Job Opening: Finance Manager
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations with high accuracy and adherence to company financial policies.
- Handle monthly and quarterly general ledger closing processes and prepare financial statements.
- Manage and execute real-time payments, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely disbursement.
- Review, verify, and approve farmer-related transactions, ensuring correct quantities, rates, and documentation.
- Perform commodity pricing calculations, including market rate analysis, cost sheet preparation, and margin assessment.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, variances, risks, and provide actionable financial insights to management.
- Supervise, train, and guide junior accounting staff for timely and accurate task completion.
- Prepare and present structured financial reports and MIS dashboards to management.
- Work extensively on Tally ERP, Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Suite, and ERP systems for accounting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST/TDS requirements, statutory filings, and internal controls.
- Maintain strict adherence to reporting calendars, audit schedules, and organizational deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, commodity pricing, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Suite, and advanced Excel.
- Ability to verify, approve, and process farmer payments and commodity transactions with complete accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
