A financial services company in Ahmedabad is seeking a Team Manager to lead Key Account Managers and drive productivity in the Equity Broking sector. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in selling various financial products including Equity and Mutual Funds. This role focuses on acquisition, training, and partner relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of team handling experience in B2B within Equity Broking industry.
  • Experience in selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF.
  • Good communication skills are required.
  • Ability to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets.
  • Desire to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Equity RMs.
  • Train and motivate team for productivity.
  • Acquire Franchisees and Independent Financial Advisors.
  • Build rapport with partners and assist in client onboarding.
  • Conduct training for partners on various financial products.
  • Ensure best services to partners.
  • Assist distributors during joint calls.
  • Organize seminars/webinars for partners.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Handle a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Equity RMs Partner Alliances.
  • Train, Motivate & get productivity from the team.
  • Acquisition of Franchisee, IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) & Remisers.
  • Build rapport with these Partners (APs & DGs) & help them on-board their clients across products.
  • Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products (like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit) with the help of products & training team.
  • Ensure best services to partners.
  • Help distributors on joint calls.
  • Organise seminar/webinar for the partners of his/her cluster.
Candidate Profile
  • Should be from Equity Broking Industry with minimum of 4-5 Years of team handling experience in B2B viz. Partner Alliance (Franchisees, IFAs)
  • Experience of selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF etc needed.
  • Need to have good communication skill.
  • Need to have ability to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets.
  • Desired to achieve sales target.
