Job summary
A leading clean water operator in Indonesia is seeking a Quality Assurance/Control professional. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Environmental Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include executing QA/QC activities, conducting inspections, monitoring testing activities, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Knowledge in the technical field of the water industry (meters, pipes, accessories).

- Execute and support QA/QC control activities across Construction and Operational areas.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing coordination with external laboratories.
- Monitor and document testing activities performed by contractors.

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams
- A detail‑oriented and proactive approach to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Knowledge in the technical field of the water industry (meters, pipes, accessories), inspection and quality assurance
- Execute and support QA/QC control activities across Construction and Operational areas
- Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and testing coordination with external laboratories to ensure all processes follow established quality procedures
- Monitor and document testing activities performed by contractors, ensuring all test results comply with technical specifications and required quality standards
- Prepare and compile testing reports and quality control documentation, including data validation and preliminary analysis before submission to the Section Head
- Maintain and organize all quality‑related documents in accordance with the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), including document versioning, archiving and controlled distribution
- Support the implementation of internal audits and follow up on audit requirements as assigned by the Management Representative (MR)
- Follow up on Corrective Action Requests (CAR) related to non‑conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively at the operational level
- Provide operational support and technical assistance to field teams to ensure quality standards are consistently applied during construction and operational activities
