Job summary

A leading Indonesian manufacturer is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations which include managing warehouse staff and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of EPC materials, strong leadership, and English communication skills. This position is based in Balaraja, Tangerang, Banten.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in relevant industries.
• Understanding of project material documents: MR, PO, MTO, MTC, MSDS.
• Mastery of warehouse processes: receiving, preservation, destruction, and material control.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Oversee warehouse operations (receiving, storing, and issuing goods) to ensure compliance with company standard procedures.
2. Manage and lead the warehouse team, ensuring effective work, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
3. Transmit stock accuracy through physical checks, recording, and reporting periodically using the warehouse management system.
4. Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse area according to OHS standards, and ensure the use of PPE at all times.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and operational schedules.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related).
2. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in an EPC/construction/oil & gas/mining company.
3. Understand EPC material types (piping, valves, plates, structural, electrical, instruments, mechanical parts).
4. Understand project material documents: MR, PO, MTO, MTC, MSDS, and QC Inspection Standard.
5. Mastery of warehouse EPC processes: receiving, preservation, destruction, and material control.
6. Understanding of HSE principles and transfer operations.
7. Able to operate computers and ERP/WMS systems.
8. Possess strong leadership, communication, and English skills.
9. Workshop placement in Balaraja, Tangerang, Banten.
