Responsibilities
- Lead the Corporate Banking team to achieve income targets.
- Drive business expansion by identifying new market opportunities.
- Oversee loan portfolio for credit quality and compliance.
- Manage the Relationship Manager team to enhance capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for business execution.
Skills
Education
- Lead the Corporate Banking team and develop strategies to achieve lending and fee‑based income targets.
- Drive business expansion by identifying new market opportunities and strengthening relationships with key corporate clients.
- Oversee the overall loan portfolio to ensure credit quality, compliance, and alignment with the bank's risk appetite.
- Manage and develop the Relationship Manager team through coaching, performance monitoring, and capability building.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Credit, Operations, Treasury, Legal) to support business execution.
- Review and propose credit proposals within delegated authority and ensure timely, high‑quality credit processing.
- Monitor business performance, prepare management reports, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 8 years of experience in banking, lending, or credit—preferably within the Corporate segment.
- Strong client network or database within the Corporate market.
- Proven experience managing a credit portfolio of at least IDR 1 trillion (highly preferred).
- Clean record with no history of misconduct or fraud in previous employment.
- Highly motivated, performance‑driven, and committed to professional growth.
- Exhibits integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure while consistently meeting or exceeding business targets.
