A leading mining company in Jakarta is seeking a qualified National Procurement Manager to drive digitalization initiatives within the procurement process. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in procurement, particularly in digital transformation, and will work closely with IT to enhance operational efficiency. Strong skills in SAP MM and data analytics are required.
Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes within Procurement & Contract and propose digital solutions for improvement.
Develop automated workflows (e.g., approval routing, document tracking, vendor registration flow, PR/PO monitoring).
Coordinate system enhancements in SAP, Ariba, Contract Management System, and internal portals.
Partner with IT to ensure secure and compliant implementation of automation tools.
Review and optimize the use of SAP MM, Ariba Network, and Contract Management System to improve user experience.
Support integration between AMNT systems and supplier systems (e.g., Seller Integration projects).
Ensure data consistency and compatibility across platforms
Develop dashboards and reporting tools for PR/PO monitoring, contract status, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and completeness within procurement systems.
Provide analytics and insights into management for better decision‑making.
Improvement initiative in Digitalization project
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information system or a related field, with having minimum of 5 (five) years procurement experience preferably within a large mining organization.
Having 5 years relevant experience, particularly in procurement digitalization, process improvement, or system optimization (advantage) with 2 of those years working in the Mining or Construction/ EPC Industry.
Knowledge of SAP MM, Ariba, and Contract Management systems
Strong process mapping and workflow design skills
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, RPA tools)
Data analytics (Power BI, Excel advanced, SQL is a plus)
Understanding of procurement and contract processes
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
