We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounting professional to join our team at PT. IOCO Karya Bali in Badung Bali. As an Accounting professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. This is a full‑time position, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and inventory management
- Generating financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision‑making
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations
- Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry
- Proficient knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional team
