About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounting professional to join our team at PT. IOCO Karya Bali in Badung Bali. As an Accounting professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and inventory management
• Generating financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision‑making
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations
• Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry
• Proficient knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
