• Ensure the team has the right IT infrastructure with minimum downtime.
• Maintain VPS, CDN, corporate email, and other listed applications.

Job description

1. Supervision IT infrastructure: Ensure that the team has always the right IT infrastructure (both hardware and software), being proactive in detecting potential issues, and fixing the problems found with minimum downtime.

Office IT infrastructure: 30 Windows computers, CCTV, Printers, Firewall software set-up and maintenance, Set up of management devices (Android / iOS), Fingerprint devices, Backups.

Remote control of IT infrastructure

2. VPS hosting maintenance:

• Maintenance of VPS, CDN, corporate email
• Maintenance of webERP - OpenCart - TikiWiki - NextCloud installations
• Manage backup and restoration as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have at least 2 years experience in: Windows Maintenance and Configuration, LAN Maintenance, End user support

2. Must have experience (installation, maintenance or coding) in at least 5 of the areas below (more areas of experience will be considered an important extra):

• Plesk control panel
• webERP (or another open source ERP)
• OpenCart (or another open source CMS online shop)
• NextCloud (or another open source cloud file system)
• TikiWiki (or another open source wiki)
• PHP 8
• MySQL / MariaDB
• Firewall maintenance
• CCTV systems maintenance
