Chef (Freelance) – Luxury Villa, Canggu

For our exclusive, fully private luxury villa located in Berawa, Canggu, and part of Bali Bliss Villa, we are looking for a chef. We welcome national and international guests who value privacy, refined service, and high-quality dining experiences.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our team and elevate the culinary experience for our guests.

Position Overview

As a Chef at our villa, you will be responsible for preparing meals tailored to our guests’ preferences for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will work closely with the villa team and play a key role in creating memorable in-villa dining experiences.

This position is available on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for villa guests
  • Execute menus based on guest requests and dietary preferences
  • Cook both Indonesian and Western cuisine, including BBQ (fish and meat)
  • Coordinate closely with the team, especially during breakfast service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen at all times
  • Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
  • Manage mise en place, portion control, and basic stock levels
  • Remain flexible and professional during busy periods and last‑minute requests
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Cook or Chef (minimum 3 year required)
