Job summary
A leading contractor in the UK seeks an experienced electrical contracts manager to oversee multiple projects with an M&E value of £15m combined. This role offers the flexibility to work from home or the head office in South East London. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with site teams, managing procurement and contracts, and attending relevant meetings. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a strong knowledge of UK regulations and IT systems, particularly Excel.

- Experience in a similar role as a contracts manager.
- Previous onsite experience in contract management.
- Strong knowledge of UK building and electrical regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with site teams and maintain site presence.
- Conduct onsite meetings with clients and site managers.
- Manage material procurement and contract dispute resolution.
- Assist in procuring subcontractors and attend project meetings.
- Support site teams in running successful development projects.
