A logistics company is hiring a Warehouse Operator for a permanent position in Newark. The role involves loading, unloading, and preparing orders, with a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off. Candidates must have an FLT Counterbalance Licence and warehouse experience. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety are essential. Competitive salary of £13.47 per hour is offered.

- Previous warehouse experience is required.
- Experience using WMS systems is a plus.

Location: Outskirts of Newark
Full Time | Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) 6am until 6pm and 6pm until 6am Salary £13.47ph
Must have own transport due the location, this is a permanent role.
As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, helping us deliver high-quality pet products across the UK. You’ll be responsible for:
- Loading and unloading trailers based on the daily load plan or delivery notes
- Transferring finished products from production to storage efficiently
- Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
- Conducting stock checks and keeping accurate records
- Working closely with departments to ensure seamless warehouse flow
- Maintaining cleanliness and proactively responding to any environmental issues
- FLT Counterbalance Licence (essential)
- Reach Truck Licence (beneficial)
- Previous warehouse experience (essential)
- Experience using WMS systems and scanners
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- A commitment to workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards
