Fitch Learning is seeking a senior Revenue Operations leader to design and scale the infrastructure, systems, and processes that enable global revenue growth. This role is a strategic thought partner to the CEO and regional revenue leaders, translating strategy into execution through operational excellence, data‑driven insights, and best‑in‑class commercial enablement.

• Strategic Enablement
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and regional heads, advising on GTM strategy, revenue models, and scaling best practices
  • Translate business strategy into operational plans, ensuring sales, marketing, and revenue operations are aligned
  • Identify and institutionalize GTM best practices across geographies and segments
• Operational Infrastructure
  • Own the commercial systems stack (Salesforce and related tools), defining business requirements, integrations, and reporting structures
  • Lead post‑acquisition data migration and Salesforce integration to support a unified GTM approach
  • Build scalable workflows, reporting, and forecasting models
• Analytics & Commercial Insight
  • Establish a single source of truth for revenue data and KPIs
  • Provide actionable analytics to guide leadership decision‑making
  • Use data to identify opportunity gaps, optimize sales motions, and inform go‑to‑market strategy

• 10+ years in revenue operations, commercial strategy, or GTM enablement roles
• A proven track record of designing and operationalizing GTM strategy in global, matrixed organizations
• Experience leading CRM strategy and implementation, ideally with Salesforce
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct sales ownership
• A solid understanding of SaaS RevOps principles and how to adapt them to professional services models

• Demonstrated ability to influence and embed change into sales teams in a fast‑paced environment and to inspire rapid adoption of business transformation
• Ability to prioritize & handle multiple requests concurrently and consistently deliver results against a deadline
• Experience operating in a matrix organization, including stakeholder engagement and influencing business heads and operations management
• University degree: industry qualification, graduate degree preferred
