What does this Support Worker job involve?

Hours of Work: 15 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 07:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

Duties to include but are not limited to:

  • Providing compassionate care and companionship to individuals with disabilities.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming, ensuring comfort and dignity.
  • Following established procedures to maintain a safe environment and safeguard well-being.
  • Developing and implementing personalised care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
  • Promoting independence and quality of life for those in your care.
  • Communicating effectively with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care.
  • Engaging in meaningful activities that enhance social and emotional well-being.
