- Processing purchase invoices using Sage 50
- Generating and sending customer sales invoices
- Managing credit control
- Handling customer queries and escalating complex issues
- Monitoring the accounts inbox
- Performing regular bank reconciliations and assisting with financial reporting
- Maintaining organised digital and paper filing systems
- Uploading updates to SharePoint and internal trackers
- Entering supplier/bank payments in Sage
- Prior experience in finance or bookkeeping
- Confident user of Sage 50 & MS office packages
- Strong organisational and data entry skills
- Clear and professional communication style
- Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-focused
