Overview

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking for a flexible part-time role in a friendly and collaborative environment? We're seeking a Finance Assistant to join our client based in Wimborne, who offer a fantastic benefits package including 26 days holiday + BH, 50% funded corporate gym membership, company bonus scheme, fully paid team socials and excellent development opportunities!

Responsibilities
  • Processing purchase invoices using Sage 50
  • Generating and sending customer sales invoices
  • Managing credit control
  • Handling customer queries and escalating complex issues
  • Monitoring the accounts inbox
  • Performing regular bank reconciliations and assisting with financial reporting
  • Maintaining organised digital and paper filing systems
  • Uploading updates to SharePoint and internal trackers
  • Entering supplier/bank payments in Sage
What We\'re Looking For
  • Prior experience in finance or bookkeeping
  • Confident user of Sage 50 & MS office packages
  • Strong organisational and data entry skills
