Third Party Distribution Finance Assistant

Function: Finance

Location: Edinburgh (St Andrews Sq) - hybrid with a mix of office & home working

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.

Contract: 9 month secondment

About the role

Reporting into the On Trade Controller, you will work closely with colleagues across Finance and Front Line Sales to ensure accurate management of our Indirect Customer process via Third Party Distributors.

The main responsibilities of the role include ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of customer and distribution pricing and regular reviews of indirect customer data with our sales colleagues.

You’ll develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to assist in delivery of TPD data, analysis and reporting. You’ll also help maintain governance of HEINEKEN UK’s assets through supporting the On Trade Senior Finance Analyst in preparation and review of the TPD Rebates balance sheet.

Who we’re looking for

We’re on the hunt for someone who has strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work with a right-first-time mindset, alongside practical, commercial experience and a keen understanding of process and standards based on technical proficiency. The right candidate will have a process improvement mindset and will pro-actively seek to future-proof processes beyond the business as usual.

This is a fantastic role for people looking to kick off a career in finance, you don’t need heaps of finance experience or a qualification, these are things we can offer as support for the right person.

Our ways of working

This role is office-based, our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day of your choice in the office and can work from home on the other two days, although you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.
