- Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals across Greater Manchester.
- Learning how to manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the education sector and compliance requirements.
- Growing and managing your own desk with support from experienced recruiters.
- Working towards and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- A confident communicator with excellent people skills.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
- Organised with great attention to detail.
- Previous sales, customer service, or education experience is an advantage - but not essential!
- Full training and ongoing mentoring to develop your recruitment career.
