Tax Senior Manager – Family Office
Job summary
A global family office is seeking a skilled Tax Manager to oversee all tax operations, ensuring compliance and strategic planning for tax obligations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax risks, advising on structuring investments, and maintaining relationships with tax authorities. A CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualification is essential, alongside experience in tax advisory, particularly within the family office or private wealth sector.
Qualifications
- Qualified as CTA, ACA, or ACCA.
- Experience in tax advisory within a family office or private wealth management.
Responsibilities
- Manage tax advisory and implementation of tax strategies.
- Oversee preparation of tax returns and manage reporting obligations.
- Manage relationship with tax authorities.
- Implement tax risk management policies.
Skills
Education
Partnered with a global family office to recruit a Tax Manager to manage all tax affairs for a multi-generational family office. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of tax planning, strategy and compliance.
- Manage tax advisory and implement tax strategies to optimise capital gains, inheritance etc. Also provide advice on structuring investments, acquisitions and disposals.
- Overseeing preparation of individual, corporate, trust and partnership tax returns and manage tax reporting obligations
- Manage relationship with tax authorities
- Manage tax risks and implement tax risk management policies
- CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified
- Experience in tax advisory in a family office or private wealth management team in house or practice
