Our Indirect Tax team within the Financial Management, People and Culture division plays a vital role in supporting Macquarie’s growing business across EMEA. We provide expert advice and guidance on indirect tax matters, working closely with teams across the organisation to ensure compliance and best practice. The team is collaborative, dynamic and committed to delivering high‑quality solutions that add value to our business.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

As Indirect Tax Manager, you will play a key role in reviewing and advising on transactions and new product or business proposals, ensuring our organisation meets its indirect tax obligations. You will work closely with an international network of business advisors, interpreting and implementing their guidance, and supporting teams to develop robust tax processes. You will also assist with managing tax audits and queries from revenue authorities, deliver training and updates to finance and business teams, and stay informed about legislative changes in indirect taxes across EMEA.
