A leading training organization is seeking an Events Operations Lead to coordinate and deliver events across the UK. You will travel nationwide, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of client experience. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus a potential bonus
Base: Chelmsford (50% of your time traveling nationwide for events and staying away from home)
Permanent/Full Time
Working Hours: 5-day week (Monday Saturday rota, hours typically 9am 5:30pm; extended hours expected on event days)
Our client, a fast-paced and high growth company, is the UK’s leading training organisation helping thousands of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Celebrities build, grow, and scale the business.
They are looking for bright and enthusiastic professionals to join their events team that have a strong background in organising and hosting events, love meeting and networking with clients/delegates, and who have with a key eye on detail.
As an Events Operations Lead, you ll be at the heart of the action travelling nationwide to help plan, build, and deliver powerful events that drive real business impact. Around 50% of your time will be spent on the road, staying in hotels, working shoulder-to-shoulder with their expert team, and making sure every event runs like clockwork.
When you re not on the road, you ll be back at their HQ in Chelmsford, helping plan the next event.
