A respected training organization in Reading is seeking a Student Support Officer to play a vital role in helping learners achieve their career goals. This position involves providing guidance, administering exams, and supporting students throughout their educational journey in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, along with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for professional development.
Salary: £26,000 + Monthly Bonus
Location: Reading (in-person)

As a Student Support Officer, you ll play a vital role in supporting learners throughout their journey, ensuring each individual feels motivated, confident and fully supported.
This role is fully in‑person at the Reading centre and follows a 37.5‑hour working pattern, including two late Thursdays and two Saturdays per month (with a weekday off in lieu).
