A leading construction firm in the Windsor area is seeking an Externals Site Manager for a luxury new build development. You will manage all external works, oversee subcontractors, and ensure high standards of quality and safety are maintained. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in site management within major housebuilders and excellent leadership skills. A competitive salary of up to £64,000 is offered along with a full company package including car allowance and a bonus scheme.

Responsibilities
- Manage all external works packages on site, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and delivery.
- Oversee subcontractors, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to drive the project forward.
- Maintain strong health & safety culture and site compliance.
- Ensure exceptional standards are upheld in line with the company's reputation for luxury housing.
Skills
Salary/rate: £60000.00 - £64000.00 per annum + car allowance + package + bonus
