The Director & Head of Global RFP / Proposals will lead the strategic and operational direction of the bank's centralized RFP unit. This role manages end-to-end RFP processes across all global units to ensure tailored, competitive, high-quality proposals compliant with regulations and policies. As a key member of GTB Sales leadership, you will contribute to business growth, improve proposal processes, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in RFP management globally.
