A leading safety and compliance firm is seeking an EHS Assistant to support safety recordkeeping and collaborate with teams on EHS strategies. You will help manage safety training, assist with reports, and maintain department files. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 2-3 years in safety support, and experience with Microsoft 365. This role offers competitive pay and a supportive work environment.
The EHS Assistant will work closely with our Safety staff at all levels to ensure a safe, compliant, and prepared organization. The EHS Assistant will champion and ensure recordkeeping for a variety of areas including safety training, Toolbox Talks, safety equipment reimbursement programs, logs, investigations and reports. This position reports to the VP of Safety.
Salary: $18.33 - $26.09
