Job description
Thorn Baker are currently working with a Gloucester based, family-run roofing company that are currently seeking a Contracts Manager on a temporary basis for at least 6 months work. Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites
- Previous experience managing roofing/cladding related projects preferable
- Ability to manage multiple contracts at any one time
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
- Valid First Aid certification
- Full UK Driving Licence
