A leading industrial services provider in the UK seeks a Sales Executive to manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary based on experience, with uncapped commission leading to earnings typically between £80,000 and £90,000 OTE. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and sales expertise, and will be confident in presenting and negotiating with clients across various sectors in the construction industry.
Winsearch are partnered with a significant player in the industrial services sector, employing around 65,000 people and generating approximately €5.45 billion in revenue in 2024. The company is recognised as a leader in delivering industrial services and equipment across the oil and gas, energy, and construction sectors. With a strong emphasis on innovation and strategic growth, it has built a powerful and influential presence in the global market.
In addition, Winsearch is supporting one arm of the business which is a UK provider of non‑mechanical scaffolding and construction safety products, which is currently expanding its sales and operational teams. With more than 25 years of nationwide coverage, the organisation is known for its innovative product range, exceptional service standards, and reliable support across the construction industry.
This position focuses on managing existing accounts while developing new business opportunities across a broad client base. Success will rely on strong communication, proactive customer engagement, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The role reports into depot and senior leadership and offers clear opportunities for progression.
Previous experience with this specific product range is not essential, as full training will be provided. However, experience selling or hiring to the client types listed above—combined with construction industry knowledge and a proven track record in sales—is essential.
