We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Nuclear Medicine Radiographer to join our client's team in Bradford. This role involves providing high-quality nuclear medicine imaging services, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and ensuring patient safety and care. It offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and contribution to healthcare.
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET, SPECT, and gamma camera imaging.
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals following safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results and ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Support and guide junior staff and students.
- Degree in Radiography or equivalent.
- HCPC registration.
- Postgraduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine or relevant experience.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the NHS.
- Knowledge of nuclear medicine techniques and radiopharmaceuticals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
