Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering, design, and project teams.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For in an Engineering Manager:
Essential
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- 10+ years of engineering experience, 5+ in leadership.
- Experience with EPCs on large industrial projects.
- Knowledge of heat tracing, thermal, or industrial electrical systems.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic environments.
- Experience with international projects and global teams.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ETAP, or similar tools.
- Familiar with IECEx/ATEX standards.
