Job description

The Assets and Operations team is part of the Advisory Services Group in Arup. We are active in the Transport, Water, Energy and Rail markets and undertake a wide range of work including:

  • asset management
  • long-term investment planning
  • decision support
  • data and information management
  • risk and resilience
  • innovation and technology
  • logistics and supply chain
  • regulatory monitoring and reporting
  • business case development
  • lenders technical advice

The team offers high value professional services to help service the complex needs of our clients and develop innovative solutions to their challenges. Projects could range from advising a public body on administering a multimillion-pound innovation fund, to improving asset management practices. You will work in multi-disciplinary teams, typically comprising a mix of skills and competencies. Each project team size varies depending on the scope and scale of our client's briefs. By joining the team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • work on global projects, whilst learning from our highly experienced team;
  • work closely with clients to develop solutions on a project-by-project basis;
  • source, research, and analyse information from a variety of sources;
  • help major organisations transform their asset management practices and operations;
  • work on traditional major projects to provide a well-balanced start to your professional career;

Is this role right for you? Candidate degrees can vary significantly, but may include STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), asset management, supply chain and logistics, business analysis and operational or general management. We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree (or higher level).
