We're partnering with a growing organisation going through a period of change and looking for a qualified finance professional to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in integrating two centralised finance teams and strengthening financial processes, controls, and reporting.
- Support the integration of two centralised finance teams, ensuring minimal disruption
- Map, document and improve finance processes for better control, efficiency, and scalability
- Review and enhance existing financial controls to ensure compliance and robustness
- Resolve complex balance sheet reconciliations and investigate aged items
- Support change management initiatives and training across the finance function
- Work with auditors (internal and external) during the transition period
- Collaborate across departments to drive end-to-end process improvements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience in a controls-focused environment
- Proven track record in process improvement and finance transformation
- Excellent analytical skills and strong Excel ability
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently, prioritise and problem-solve effectively
- 6 month fixed-term contract
- 80,000 - 100,000 DOE
- Hybrid working (with flexibility required)
- Immediate / short notice availability preferred
