Overview

ERP Support Manager (ERP, Application Support, Stock Management) – Join a growing ERP software leader with clear progression routes and hybrid working.

This is a role to run an ERP support team and manage the team via a line manager structure.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the ERP application support team and the support queue across first, second and third line support.
  • Lead appraisal processes, conduct interviews, and coordinate training schedules.
  • Roster management and ensuring coverage for support needs.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Director; support continuous improvement in team performance and service delivery.
  • Contribute to maintaining a stable, high-morale team with low turnover.
  • Collaborate on broader ERP projects, especially around Distribution, stock, and warehousing where applicable.
  • Be based in the Coventry office twice per month as required.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in application support management and team leadership.
  • Experience managing a support queue across multiple support levels (first, second, third line).
  • ERP experience is ideal, particularly in distribution, stock, and warehousing domains; strong consideration given to good application support management experience.
