A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a skilled Product Manager for Telephony Services to lead the transformation of enterprise-wide telephony solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with OpenScape and will manage the product roadmap while working closely with teams to deliver a reliable and scalable service. This role offers up to £350 per day and a hybrid work model with 2 days in London.
Product Manager - Telephony Services (OpenScape)
Location: London (2 days per week)
Duration - ASAP - March 2026 (4 months)
Day rate - up to £350 pr day (inside ir35)
We're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the transformation of enterprise-wide telephony services, driving the transition from legacy platforms to a modern, centralised, and virtualised environment. You will shape product strategy, guide delivery teams and ensure that the service is reliable, scalable and aligned with broader digital ambitions. To be considered, you must have strong experience with OpenScape.
This role involves managing existing telephony solutions, extracting, and analysing data to support migration, and using insights to optimise product performance. You will maintain the product roadmap, champion continuous improvement and work closely with engineering, UX and project teams to deliver a product that meets business, user and technical needs.
