Job description

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Hardlines, to join our Disney Consumer Products team in London. This position provides an excellent chance to make an impact by shaping innovative marketing strategies for leading brands and franchises across EMEA, with a special focus on our Hardlines portfolio. In this role, you will design and launch impactful marketing campaigns that include B2B communications and consumer engagement initiatives, collaborating closely with a wide range of colleagues, such as PR, Brand Commercialisation, Category, and Franchise Management, to ensure our efforts reflect Disney's global vision and drive business growth throughout the region. We are looking for candidates who bring strategic insight, creative problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen. What You Will Do
  • Drive Hardlines Marketing Strategy: Lead the vision, creation, and execution of annual marketing plans specifically for the Hardlines business. You'll collaborate closely with global and regional teams, turning insight into action by crafting campaign toolkits and pitch decks that highlight the unique strengths of Disney's Hardlines portfolio, bringing our toys, homeware, and collectibles to life across EMEA.
  • Orchestrate Hardlines Campaigns: Take charge of the full campaign lifecycle for Hardlines, from workflow, budgeting and timelines to insightful reporting. Host regular status meetings to keep stakeholders aligned and energised, while efficiently managing team resources to maximise impact on our product launches and retail activations.
  • Deliver Multi-Channel Success: Lead dynamic, cross‑functional teams to launch Hardlines campaigns across retail, digital, experiential, and above‑the‑line marketing channels. Partner with creative teams and agencies to develop captivating marketing assets tailored for the Hardlines business, ensuring amplification across all relevant touchpoints and partners.
  • Champion Leadership & Growth: Act as an inspiring, inclusive leader, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation within your team. Support the professional development of direct reports, champion diversity and inclusion, and nurture a culture where each team member in the Hardlines business can thrive.
Qualifications
  • Degree‑level education or equivalent experience in brand marketing
  • Significant experience leading regional campaigns across multiple markets
  • Expertise in multi‑platform marketing, including retail, experiential, and digital
  • Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and ability to create content for diverse audiences
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing budgets and teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
