- Supporting kitchen clean-downs and closure
- Operating dishwashers and washing dishes by hand when required
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per the Head Chef’s requests
- Have previous experience in a kitchen environment for a minimum of 6 months
- Hold or are willing to obtain an Enhanced Criminal Records Check
- Have a Food Safety Qualification or are open to obtaining one
- Possess excellent communication skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes challenging setting
- Have strong organizational skills and can work both independently and as part of a team
- Take pride in their work and are dedicated to delivering high standards
