Job Title: Paid Social Planner- DTC, E-Commerce & Performance Marketing
Location: Manchester (Hybrid/Remote options)
Salary: up to £48k.
We're working with a fast-growing London-based agency looking for a Paid Social Planner to lead DTC and E-Commerce campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on performance marketing professional who loves driving results, mentoring juniors, and shaping the agency's DTC offering.
- Own and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more
- Manage campaigns end-to-end: ad copy, targeting, bids, and optimizations
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversions
- Mentor junior team members and support the growth of the team
- Ensure campaigns meet client briefs, objectives, and KPIs
- 3+ years of Paid Social Media Planning
- Experience with DTC brands and e-commerce campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Tag Manager
- 1+ years client-facing experience (QBRs, monthly reporting)
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns successfully
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
