Mechanical Design Engineer - Liverpool (L24), hybrid working available

Salary: Excellent + Product Training + Progression + Benefits

Working hours: 37.5 hours/week, some flexitime on start/finish, early Friday finish

Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in a customer-facing role, seeking a position where you will play an integral part in designing components for global use in the pharmaceutical sector? This is a great opportunity to be involved in full design and product development from concept to shipment. The products are manufactured on-site in a modern, purpose-built facility. The company offers hybrid working and an excellent benefits package. The role involves working in a small team on customer-facing design projects. Responsibilities include hands-on design, visiting clients, preparing customer documentation, and coordinating Factory Acceptance Tests.

• Full-time, permanent, design-based role within pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Hybrid work environment with flexible start times and early Friday finish

• Designing valves, test processes, and managing projects
• Liaising with clients and overseeing product lifecycle from concept to completion

• Mechanical engineering background
• Experience in manufacturing engineering sector
• 3D design experience, ideally with SolidWorks
• Extensive client interaction experience; project management experience is a plus
