Salary: From £25,234.56 up to £38,288.64 OTE depending on experience

Hours: 24 hours per week

As a Personal Trainer at our Tunbridge Wells FWC, you should be confident, outgoing, and approachable. Whether experienced or newly qualified, having achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) is essential. Excellent communication skills are important for listening, understanding, and explaining.

Salary is based on 40 hours a week, including 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, gym floor hours may decrease to maximize your PT earning potential of up to £38,288.64 OTE.

During probation, contracts will specify a minimum of 24 gym floor hours to ensure a guaranteed minimum salary. Earnings increase as you build your PT client base and improve earning potential.

PT session earnings are on a sliding scale: the more sessions you deliver, the higher your income.
