Role Description

A secretariat assistant to assist the Company Secretary and wider legal team.

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Providing meetings scheduling support to the various UK Boards and Board Committees as necessary

• Providing minutes for the UK Executive (ExCo) and Management Risk Committee (MRCC) and any other management meetings as agreed by the Company Secretary

• Maintenance of statutory records and statutory filings via Diligent Entities

• Assistance with arranging Board events (including travel & accommodation) as necessary

• Assisting the legal team with Gatekeeper (procurement) requests

• Maintain the Legal contracts database

• To provide general administrative assistance to the legal team as requested

Experience Required

Primary requirements

• Previous experience as a Secretariat Assistant preferably within a regulated environment

• Ideally studying for Chartered Governance Institute qualification
