• You will be accountable for maintaining high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with consultants, pharmacy, allied health professionals, and senior management, you will ensure seamless patient pathways and contribute to service development and innovation.
• You will lead the day-to-day leadership and operational management of our inpatient oncology ward, delivering safe, compassionate, and personalised care to patients undergoing complex cancer treatments, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and palliative care.

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with significant oncology experience and a proven track record in team leadership or ward management.
• Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences in a private healthcare setting.
