A leading early years education provider in Greater London is seeking a passionate Deputy Manager Apprentice to support the Nursery Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth while completing the Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner apprenticeship. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification and experience in a senior nursery role. Responsibilities include maintaining care standards and leading staff, with a competitive salary of £31,000 to £32,000 per annum.

Qualifications

  • Must already hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Experience as a Third in Charge or similar senior role within a nursery.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Confident supporting staff performance and daily operations.
  • Genuine ambition to progress into a Deputy Manager position.
  • Willing to complete the Level 5 Lead Practitioner apprenticeship.
  • Full-time availability.

We are looking for a passionate and driven early years professional to join our team as a Deputy Manager (Level 5 Apprentice). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Third in Charge who is ready to take the next step and progress into a deputy leadership role while completing the Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner apprenticeship.

About the Role

As our Deputy Manager Apprentice, you will support the Nursery Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the setting. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, leading staff, supporting children's development, and contributing to the strategic direction of the nursery.
