We are recruiting an experienced Nursery Manager for a quality early years setting in the Oldham area of Greater Manchester.
The role is a permanent full-time position (40 hours a week), working Monday to Friday.
- £37k per annum (may be negotiable)
- Extra day holiday for birthday
- Wellbeing Wednesday
- Free access to company counsellor
- On-site parking
- Minimum Level 3 in childcare or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in early years and 1 year in a management role
- Experience leading an Ofsted inspection
- Actively promote and support the protection of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring staff and volunteers observe nursery policies and procedures to keep children safe from harm.
- Help lead and support staff to implement the EYFS.
- Provide children with a wide variety of learning experiences in a safe, secure, and caring environment where they can grow and develop.
- Manage the nursery setting on a day-to-day basis.
