Patient Access Receptionist

The closing date is 07 January 2026.

The Patient Access Team are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join a team of receptionists. The current admin structure in the Trust provides candidates with plenty of opportunities to develop their skills and progress their career if they wish in a worthwhile role.

Main duties of the job

The role will be to provide a high-quality reception service for patients attending Kingston and Richmond Hospital Outpatients clinics in Main Outpatients, Sir William Rous Unit and Raynes Park Health Centre.

You will be expected to accurately record patient attendance details and manage the scheduling of follow-up appointments across a range of specialties in line with the Trust's Access Policy. You will provide back-office support and help complete a number of administrative duties within the Patient Access team.
