We're looking for an experienced VRS registered RICS Surveyor to join our team in East Lincolnshire (LN11 and surrounding areas) to help shape the future of residential surveying.

- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification
- Registered Valuer with RICS (or eligible)
- Post‑qualification experience in buy‑to‑let, leasehold, and HMO (preferred but not essential)
- Conduct lender and private valuation work, plus Level 2 surveys
- Apply detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology
- Maintain strong risk awareness within a regulated environment
- Regular CPD and opportunities for additional training
